Shipping Coverage

The Company currently provides shipping services within Malaysia only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Malaysia will not be processed or fulfilled.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all Orders within Malaysia.

There are no additional delivery charges regardless of order value, product type, or delivery location within Malaysia.


Order Processing Time

All Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, Orders will be prepared for shipment.

Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time for all Orders is within 7 business days from the date of shipment.

No Overnight or Express Shipping

The Company does not provide overnight, same-day, or express delivery services.

All Orders are shipped using standard delivery methods only. Customers are advised to plan their purchases accordingly.

We deliver to all accessible regions within Malaysia, including:

  • Sabah
  • Sarawak

Delivery availability may depend on courier service coverage in certain remote or rural areas.


Shipment Confirmation

Delays and Exceptions

Change of Shipping Address

Requests to change the shipping address must be made before the Order is shipped.

Once the Order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Responsibility Upon Delivery

All risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to You upon successful delivery.

You are advised to inspect the package upon receipt. If there are any visible issues with the packaging, please report them promptly.
